Your waiter will bring a tray of several huge fish (snapper?) so that you can select the one that you like. After my dining partner and I each chose one, the fish was so large that after cooking it was presented on a cafeteria tray. The owner, the gentleman who also caught the fish, was strolling around the restaurant and he wandered over. He was amazed that we'd each ordered a fish to ourself (I suppose most visitors must share one).
Anyway, with a few cervezas, some tortillas, rice and a few vegetables, we had a very pleasant meal. And US$10 cost of our meal couldn't have bought a more scenic setting.
