Daigenta Canyon Ramen

At the entrance to the campsite lies a small outdoor ramen restaurant. Ramen, a traditional Japanese dish of hot broth and noodles makes a perfect feast before a day of full hiking.
The chef, a cheerful, chatty obasan (elderly Japanese woman) cooks the ramen right at time of ordering and will explain whole heartedly in Japanese what she predicts the weather will be for the day.
