Resort Restaurants

Our favorite restaurant was Bambu (Asian). They offered a menu of sushi to choose from; we chose an appetizer, soup, main entree, and dessert.
We really liked the Italian place. The Mexican place was good, too.
The only restaurant we didn't care for was the Caribbean Grill.
The buffet (Yucca) was really good and we could always find something we liked. They prepared eggs/omelets every morning and there was always fresh fruit. The coffee is really STRONG. There were hamburgers/hot dogs grilled at the pool bar every afternoon.
