From the dining cars in the summer, you can watch the boats at the port of Orillia and the crowd enjoying the boardwalk. During the winter, you can enjoy the ice castle built every year for the carnival. There are 50 non-smoking, 50 smoking and 60 patio seats for your enjoyment.
The licenced restaurant is open for lunch and dinner year round. From October to May they are closed Mondays. 95% of the food is prepared from scratch. Food includes Continental, French, steak, seafood, Cajun, grill, chicken, burgers, vegetatian and special diet. A children's menu is available during the summer. Daily specials, priced around $25-$30, include soup/salad, entre, dessert and beverage.
The Port Stanley Street Car, built in 1905 is now a gift shop. It is complete with solid brass fixtures and Tiffany glass highlighting the windows.
