Bill of fare included garlic bread, vegetable soup, huge roasted chicken, spare rib, herb-basted potato, and pastry for dessert - plenty of leftovers. However, there is no silverware provided! What great fun for the kids!
Seating is at long tables in an arena, and you are assigned a knight to cheer for. You can pay extra to be down low and have the chance to have a flower thrown to you by a brave knight in armor. The knights compete at different events, jousting, spearing rings, etc., to try to win the hand of the maiden. Of course, there's a bad guy out to steal her away, and the resulting battle with swords and shields is exciting. It was one of the kids' most memorable nights (no pun intended, but we will remember our black-and-white knight)!

I'm totally okay with that, and so is our daughter, but as for Nicole, she's a little fussy about getting totally messy when going out. We have one of these Medieval Times theatres in our hometown, and we have been a couple of times in the past. It's honestly worth about $25 to $35 at most, but you do get a bit of a show and all.
In any case, it's still a night out!

It was a great time, and everyone in my group had trouble speaking for the next 2 days (not always a bad thing). The show goes for about 2 hours and is worth every penny. We upgraded our seats on arrival, were sitting in the very front row, and received programs. It cost an extra $7 but was well worth it. This is a must-see, and once seen, you will want to go again. By the way, our knight was victorious - go the red and yellow knight!!!!!
