Shin Yeah Taiwan Buffet

Shin Yeah Taiwan Buffet is a steam-table setting, with dining upstairs. You assemble your own food or call in your order if you speak Mandarin, and they even have delivery service. The pricing is based on the number of different items in your lunch box or tray, so the quantity of the item doesn't seem to matter, as it's explained to me. So, if you select the item, don't just take a little bit. The trays or boxed lunch containers aren't really large either. But the small portions were enough to fill and satisfy me, and it's easy on the budget.

The food is good--it's fresh, you can see what you’re selecting, and the price is inexpensive. The staff didn't speak any English, but they tried to be very helpful. I was trying to figure out how they priced the food, and customers who did speak English explained.

Open every day, including holidays.
Hours: lunch starts at 11am; dinner starts at 4pm
