Minnie's serves home cooking the Southern way. They are only open for lunch from 10:45am to 2:45pm, or until the food is gone. We had been warned to arrive before the lunch rush, and were just able to get plates of fried chicken, vegetables, potatoes, and mac-n-cheese. The food was delicious and filled me up for hours.
