This was a small local restaurant built out of an old garage. Half the tables were inside and half outside. The beer was great and real cheap and the food was excellent - local food at a very good price. Believe it or not, the french fries here were really good!
This place is completely a local restaurant, it has plastic tables and chairs, is not all that clean, serves food that only the locals serve (Chinese, not designed for tourists). Having said this and painted a pretty bad picture of the place, the food was excellent!
