A gem among many fine restaurants at the Palmanova complex! The cuisine is creative and delicious. The chef/owner is a master at presenting the very best, freshest fare in the area, and has a good selection of wines. I had a churasco (skirt steak) with a guava jelly/vinagrette sauce that blew my mind. It was as tender as a filet, and the perfectly balanced sauce did not hide the taste of the lean beef. My girlfriend had the best Red Snapper we had in Puerto Rico, which is saying something, as daily catch and perfect preparation are the rule, not the exception. Excellent drinks too. The owner is not stingy with the alcohol, and the coladas and marguaritas are perfectly balanced. Locals frequent it and rave about it. Open Monday-Saturday 5pm-11pm, Sunday 11:30am-3pm and 5pm-10pm. Our favorite restaurant in PR, and one of our favorites anywhere!
