Pizzaria Dom Bosco, named after the Italian saint who predicted the construction of Brasilia, is probably the oldest restaurant of Brasilia. It's really small and you can only take out or eat at the counter, but that's part of it picturesque attractiveness. If you are spending your stay in Brasilia with a hardcore brasiliense chances are he or she will take you there anyway.
