TJ's Place & The Home Plate

My family and I went here for breakfast and enjoyed the diner like food and low prices. The waiters were friendly and were very informative about nearby attractions. The menu features breakfast, lunch and dinner. There was also a cute gift shop located inside selling Cooperstown souvenirs. TJ's was conveniently located on Main Street and just a walk away from the Baseball Hall of Fame.

Funniest moment was when I asked the waitress for grits at breakfast. She looked at me and said 'if you tell me what it is I'll ask the kitchen'.

This was a great restaurant to go with a teenager. It has fun food (burgers, breakfast, ribs, etc.)

The Home Plate is the restaurants store which is loaded with memorabilia, t-shirts, mugs, autographed baseballs. Great place to let the kids explore.
