Belleview Biltmore Hotel -- room service

I wish that a catagory would be set up for us to discuss ROOM SERVICE which is a primary part of hotel stays for us. Good room service is a pleasure. What can I say about the room service at the Belleview Biltmore Hotel other than it is very weird. Perhaps there isn't much demand for it. I have a burning desire to consult the hotel to show them how to 'set' room service trays! We ordered a cocktail set up for our room specializing for wine and were told they had no wine glasses in the room service kitchen! I walked the long hike down to the main bar and got proper wine glasses from the barman. This is not how to run a wonderful hotel.
