This is a very nice, very family-style restaurant. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and I believe they are open 24 hours.
The atmosphere here at Russ's is very pleasant. They have subtle piped music wafting through the air as you dine. The primary colors are a relaxing dark to medium green shades, cream, and white. The floors are carpeted with different shades of a subdued green, yellow, and white. You have your choice of sitting at a booth or at a table. The restaurant is very clean and comfortable.
The prices are very family-friendly too. The menu choices are very accommodating to whatever your tastebuds are asking for, or whatever you are in the mood for. There are appetizers, like onion rings, cheese sticks, and chicken wings. Main entrée choices are like meatloaf, roast beef, fried chicken or fish with mashed potato, or baked potato and vegetables. There is a food bar with salads and other entrée-type selections. You can get a salad too if you order from the menu instead of the getting the salad bar. A bread basket will arrive at your table after your order is placed and before the food arrives. Desserts are offered too, and include ice cream, pies, and cakes. There is also a children's menu at a reasonable price. Children's menu selections come with a dessert.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have tried most of the menu items and are happy to offer recommendations on the selections offered.
