Bill's Seafood

Bill's Seafood is without question one the best places on the shore line to have seafood. Labeled as a Hidden Jewel by New Englands own Phantom Gourmet. Located on the banks of Patchogue River with plenty of outdoor seating. Don't let the look of the building full or the gravel parking area full you, many people drive by looking for something more "presentable" and miss out on an amazing meal.

If whole clams are your thing, then this is the place to go. Plump, juicy and fresh, they are the best you will find anywhere on the shore line. If, like me you don't care for whole clams, the clam strips are excellent and the best that I have found on the shoreline.

They over both Rhode Island clam chowder and New England, along with a lobster bisque. A large variety fresh seafood, steaks, burgers and a kids menu insures that everyone is satisfied. They have a full bar, and do not accept reservations so be prepared to wait 1/2- 1 hour on the weekend in season during peak dining hours.

They also feature live entertainment in the evenings from around 7pm. The music tends to be geared towards the big band era and jazz. Prices are fair and portions are large. Enjoy!!
