You can get anything you want at TJ's. They have an extensive and varied menu that includes breakfasts, sandwiches, and dinners. And whatever you get, you get a lot of it. You seldom see such a big menu selection. There is chicken monterey, chicken parm, all kinds of seafood and beef, Mexican, Italian. You name it; they've got it. It's all good, too, and rather healthy: many entrees with rice and steamed fresh vegetables. Not elegant, but good. TJ's is the place to go.

And everyone goes. It is crowded, but well-managed. Sometimes, a short wait is necessary, but no major time. The service is excellent. There is seating at the bar, at tables, and at elevated booths lining the walls. Of course, there are tv's, lots of tv's. And the decor sports lots of sports. I believe there are pool tables.

I have dined at TJ's three times and look forward to going back. It's a well-established landmark in Wheeling, a bit of local color. I do highly recommend it, not only for the food, but for the atmosphere, comfort, and color. As a sports bar, it can't be beat. Everybody just loves TJ's! There is plenty of parking.
