We went here specifically due to other reviews but did not have a good experience. We arrived at 5pm on a weeknight, and the place was relatively empty. We were seated right below the toy-train interchange, which was great, since we had two small children with us, but we had to ask three times to have the train turned on. The wait staff, while nice, was slow, and we actually had to go looking for them at one point. The food was okay, nothing to rave about, but not bad. Dessert was yummy, however.
