Great Local Diner

Friendly staff, friendly locals and good food. Daily lunch specials that include chicken & dumplings. Too bad I didn't get to try those. Breakfast was good, and the peach pie was great.

This is THE PLACE for the best pancakes in Shreveport. George's Grill is a Shreveport institution. There's nothing fancy here, just an old grill. Breakfast items are the best. Grilled sandwiches and burgers are also good. Also, try the chocolate pie.
