There are two specialties here... the main one that they are famous for is called "Elephant Ears." They are not real elephant ears, but it's beef that's been pounded very thin, then seasoned and cooked just right. The "ears" are then placed over top of veggies and salad. It's US$5 and I've never seen anything like it.

The other specialty they claim is pizza, and it really is good...probably the best I've had outside of the USA and Italy. Many different varieties to choose from.

This great restaurant is one block north of the "Estadio Olímpico Atahualpa," near the shopping center "Quicentro Shopping." I ate here several times during my stay and I strongly recommend it.
