I lived in Texas awhile back and never had Mexican food before, unless you consider Canadian-Mexican food; which isn't the same.
The sour cream chicken enchiladas were a dream!!! I asked them for a recipe but to no avail... :(
If I ever win the million, this is the first place I will be flying back to, just for those!

Mejor Que Nada

This has the best fine Mexican food this side of the Brazos River. This establishment is a busy restuarant, and the food is the reason. There are large portions of great Mexican food and a pleasant atmosphere with a big welcome at the door. The owner stands there with a smile and welcomes you as you enter into the restaurant. It appears the owner has a twin, as he manages to welcome you at the door and check on you at the table to make sure everything is allright. Relaxing!

Mejor's is verypopular with ASU students, and pretty much everyone else in town. It tens to be a little loud, especially after football games or during the Stock Show. The food is good and inexpensive, and so are the drinks, too. Personal favorites include Chicken Karla (like fajitas), Fajita Nachos, and Taquitos. The margaritas and beers are always good and cold!
