Iowa Turkey Federation Stand

This is the place people from out of state talk about. The Turkey Stand is little more than a wooden hut but out back turkey farmers from around the state are grilling turkey tenderloins (white meat turkey breasts) and smoked turkey legs that they sell by the thousands. The stand sits amidst a plethora of fair-food stands so you can complement your meal with deep fried cheese curds, a melon ball cup or a stuffed baked potato.
