Tourist oriented, but many locals come here as well. A great traditional Scottish show, with pipes and drums and dancing and all that. Somewhat limited menu, but the food was good. Make your reservations early if you want a table by a window. (Great for watching the sunset and the show.) As with most every place in Scotland, There is no such thing as a no smoking section, so come early and request a place by an open window if you're smoke sensitive.
Come to the McTavish's in Oban and, please, skip the far inferior one in Ft. William.
