My wife and I had a romantic dinner with an incredible view of a Kauai Sunset near Hanalai Bay. The staff was extremely attentive and the wine list was extensive. The food was professionally prepared and presented. All we had to do was enjoy the view from the terrace, which was unforgetable. The hotel itself already has a five-star rating, and it is apparent that it is well earned.

It was definitely worth splurging to eat at the Princeville Hotel. We had a table by the window and watched the sunset over Hanalei Bay. It was our last night on Kauai and one of our most romantic and memorable ones. The food presentation was gourmet and truly exquisite. Everything was superb from start to finish. We will never forget this dining experience.

I am writing about the Friday Night Fish buffet. It is about $50 pp, but you have never seen any thing like it. The hotel is top on the island, and a room here is $500 - $2000 a night. The hotel will be getting into timeshares in the near future.

The food can not be described. You just have to go and see for yourself and believe me, you won't regret it. The hotel itself is one that you will never forget, and you will spend hours seeing it. If you do not want to eat at the fish buffet, there are many upscale restaurants in the hotel, but I warn you, they are very expensive.
