Description: Only open a few hours a day and conveniently tucked away just off the Oxford Square, you'll find a quaint little cafe called the Bottletree Bakery. When you walk in the front doors, you'll feel as if you've walked into a hole in the wall dive with a bit of a hippy twist to it, but once you get your food you'll be pleasantly surprised. Open for breakfast and known around town for their croisants, you can find 'em stuffed with ham and cheese or chocolate or sliced and turned into sandwiches.
You'll also find a wall of fresh baked breads, cookies and other pastries that will make your mouth water. The restaurant is small and as such is often overcrowded. If you visit on a Sunday morning, you're likely to find the line stretching out the front door but the wait is well worth the experience. If visiting at lunch, allow me to recommend their homemade chicken salad on a croisant and their soup of the day is often worth a try as well. Grab a cookie to go on your way out the door and you'll be set for the day. The best part about Bottletree is that it's cheap. You can feed a family of four for less than $20 and once you've visited you'll likely find yourself coming back for more.
