The exciting menu features always a fish of the day. We had Dorado with garlic and oil. Oh my God, that was heaven! Writing this 2 weeks later I can still taste the flavor of the lemons and garlic and oil. We also had enormous prawns as an appetizer; peeling them and savoring the freshness and abundance of meat was a great omen of what was to come. For lunch one afternoon I had the seafood stew. In Vejer this is a must! A loaf of bread and a hot bowl of assorted sea meats in a tomato-like stew was perfect that sunny yet cool day outside.
