The Marina Seafood Restaurant

Now in its 34th year of service, The Marina specializes in the freshest local seafood, but serves delicious chicken, pork, and U.S. Choice beef dishes, as well. A favorite of "locals" for years, The Marina also enjoys a well-deserved following among the Island's many returning visitors. Operated by the Toundas family, the restaurant spares no effort to make its guests feel welcome, offering quality Southern-style dishes served promptly and pleasantly by its dedicated staff, many of whom have been part of the Marina "family" for years.

In the early 1900's, a restaurant which became known as the "First Landmark for Fine Foods and Excellent Dining" was established in the Duryee Building, now home to The Marina. Carrying on the tradition and mindful of the colorful history of Fernandina and Amelia Island, The Marina is decorated to retain the flavor of the sea in atmosphere, as well as in its bill of fare. Particularly popular is the restaurant's daily lunch menu, from which patrons can select, in addition to its regular menu items, from a line-up of eight "homestyle" entrées and a dozen or so vegetables and salads, both of which change daily.

Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 until 10:00 am
Lunch is served from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm
Evening "Early Bird Specials" are served from 5:00 to 7:00 pm
The Marina closes at 9:00 pm each evening
