Although Kermit still works here, unsuring a well trained staff and excellent fare. Hummingbirds has not had their outstanding Sunday brunch since change of management in 2003. They should be able to arrange special parties of course, and they still do holiday events for the brunch.

The Sunday brunch buffett is to die for. A real treat for adults looking for something special. For dinner, I recommend the prime rib, which has always been cooked to perfection when I've been there. Located right in the Holiday Inn South, they pride themselves on the excellence of their food and service.
