On Saturday night the Stroudsburg Inn has a Grand Buffet. They bring shrimp cocktail to the table. Then you can help yourself to the buffet. Highlights of the buffet included homemade soup, filet mignon, and stuffed mushrooms. Your choice of dessert was brought to the table. The Inn had an intimate feel with piano music and candlelight.
