The Washington Inn draws guests from all over...many who drive miles upon miles just to experience it. From the outside, the Washington Inn looks more like a plantation home from the 1800's (well, it was built in 1840) than a restaurant. Once inside, soft music and splendid decor will welcome you. If you can, reserve a table in the cellar room! Want to be truly romantic? Reserve a private horse and carriage ride. Have them pick you up at your B&B and take you on a ride through town before dropping you off right at the Washington Inn's front door. The carriage ride, followed by dinner at he Inn, will surely make that special person fall in love with you all over again.
