The food is fantastic here, but even better is the closeness to the setting, adjacent to the beach.
Lunch is a more casual affair, with offerings of burgers, salads, and sandwiches. Many people come right off the beach to grab some.
Dinner is a little more formal, although not in a stuffy way. The linens come out, as does the candlelight, and it looks very romantic, especially with the setting sun in the background and the gentle lap of the water.
The food at dinner offers a range of salads, soups, and seafood as starters. We had a very interesting seafood soup that was in a light fish broth, with extremely fresh fish and a hint of herbs, light enough to have you looking forward to the remainder of dinner.
Entrées include an abundance of fresh fish or steaks. The lamb was raved about and looked great. The grouper with shrimp and a sweet chili sauce was fantastic. Again, the use of fresh herbs just adds an underlying flavour that completes the dishes.
The desserts are homemade. I would recommend the key lime pie and homemade ice creams.
