I've been to Sushi Choice a few times and been moderately impressed. The sashimi seems fresh and firm, the sushi is nothing fancy, but very solid. The tuna was nicely red and flavourful, the salmon, wonderfully tender and just perfectly fatty. Their chefs don't quite approach the sushi chefs of Toronto, but it’s not bad, especially for being just a five-minute drive away and the price, though a bit more expensive than I would like, is ok. The worst thing I can say about this place is that they are a little slow at lunch.
