After a long day of driving and sightseeing, I checked into my Brunswick, GA motel and asked about dining options. A couple of buffet, Chinese, and BBQ joints were the closest places. I just was not in the mood for typical fast food, yet wanted my food NOW. A little drive uncovered a gem in a strip mall off the state highways.
Minami offered several Benihani-like selections at a little more than fast food prices. I selected the broiled scallops platter at a bargain $9.99 but could have easily been talked into the steak, chicken, shrimp, or combo. The platter came with steamed rice and vegetables. Very healthy and it hit the spot. Ahhh!
