If you're not from the south, you have to visit Lizard's Thicket for downhome southern cooking. Collards, cornbread, fried pork chops, and sweet tea! The waitresses wear the most tacky country-patterned dresses with white frilly aprons. The restaurant may be a little less than pristene, and you order from a huge board behind the cash register. You'll get a lot of food for your money here, and seriously, you don't find a restaurant like this in other parts of the country.
