This restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating, with a beach deck that is perfect for watching the sunset. The indoor portion does not have air-conditioning, but rather wide-open windows letting the breeze flow through.
They serve all of your favorites, including nachos, shrimp jammers, and other appetizers, plus salads, burgers, grouper, and chicken sandwiches.
We ordered the shrimp jammers, which are fried shrimp stuffed with jalapenos and cheese. There were good, but there were only five on the plate.
I also ordered the grouper sandwich - they offer it broiled, fried, or blackened. It was very good and inexpensive. It was served with french fries.
They offer the same tropical drink menu at all of the resort restaurants, but this is the restaurant that I discovered you could "summersize" your drink. Instead of a $6.49 12-ounce drink, you pay $13 and get a 36-ounce one. Yes, I know what you are thinking, a 36-ounce rum runner, are you crazy?? However, they conveniently serve it in a "souvenir cup" that you can take with you. Mine lasted me all night. I moved from the restaurant to the hammocks.
They are open for lunch and dinner.
