Bring your appetite, this meal was fantastic! The Hilton has the most incredible buffet on Friday nights in season! They advertise it as a seafood buffet, but it includes much more. This is one of the best meals we had in Cocoa. There were a million fish choices from grouper to crab legs. Plus they had prime rib, chicken, and pasta dishes. The dessert table was sinful! The view is excellent. The dining room overlooks a beautiful pool area and the Atlantic Ocean. I wouldn't even consider trying to get in without a reservation! This is not your typical herd them in and herd them out buffet. Everything was prepared and presented beautifully. We will definitely go back!
