As the name indicates, this buffet has Prime Rib, BBQ Ribs, BBQ Chicken, Baked Beans and Cole Slaw on it. All were very tasty to this midwesterner's taste and compared quite favorably to our KC BBQ at home.

In addition, for the southern seafood taste, they also had some kind of fish and lots of Crawfish. The Crawfish must have been good as we saw lots of people taking a whole dinner plate heaped with nothing but the Crawfish.

They also had tossed salad, potato salad and a few other salad items on their salad bar. They had potatoes, different kind each night we were there, Corn on the Cob, Brown Sugared Carrots, Refried Beans on one night, a small buffet but a nice variety of selections.

We liked it so well, we ate there on two different nights. I had the Prime Rib and Chicken and they were excellent. Tender and in the case of the Chicken, well cooked. So often Chicken is under cooked but their's wasn't.

My wife had the Prime Rib and the Pork Ribs. She really liked the Pork Ribs. They were well done, the sauce flavor was excellent (she said it was more like a rub than a sauce) and plenty of meat on each of the ribs.

For dessert they had two kinds of cobbler. Apple both nights plus Peach one night and Cherry the other plus soft serve Ice Cream.

We definitely recommend this buffet for anyone who likes BBQ and/or Crawfish.
