Red Rock Bakery offers fresh baked goods daily and also bag lunches. We called ahead and ordered a bag lunch to take with us hiking. I was astonished at the size of my turkey sandwich. The loaf of freshly sliced bread was at least 12 inches tall! It was loaded with cucumber slices, shredded carrots, lettuce, tomatoes, the works. There were also healthy sides such as seedless grapes and a not so healthy jumbo chocolate chip cookie. The fruit juice provided helped wash it all down. It was one of the best bag lunches I have ever tasted.
