Since we stayed in a villa, we did most of eating in the air conditioning of the villa. But Paradise Cove does have a really nice barbeque grill called the Red Bar on the property. They cook during the day for the beach visitors. The grilled chicken sandwiches were very good. They also prepared burgers, other sandwiches, chips and carried a full bar. I hear the fried conch is really good, but we didn't get around to trying it--this time.

The Red Bar is an outdoor bar with a covered patio area and lots of picnic tables. This is also where rentals of snorkel gear, scuba gear, beach chairs, etc. were distributed from.
