We did not know where it was so we ended up parking in the Royal Oasis parking lot and walking across the street to find the Ruby Swiss. The atmosphere here was very nice inside. It had a romantic touch to it. The night we ate here there was live music (guy playing a keyboard). The steaks are cooked right next to the table. Tablecloths added to the formality. Overall the restaurant was O.K. Other people that went there said it was wonderful, but I was not impressed with the service. I had to ask for water 2 or 3 times. I was trying to tell the server something and he walked away from me. My wife did not care for the food, but I liked it. I got fried conk and this was good.

This a large and smart restaurant that has a unique atmosphere all of its own. It caters for 3 different customer sets with differently priced menus depending on time of day. Dinner is between 6pm and 10pm and that is the most expensive menu but still reasonable for Grand Bahama. Open from 11am til 4am in the morning!

Excellent choice of food from Club Sandwiches to Gourmet food. If you want the best value try eating just after 10pm. Service was warm and attentive, with a smile and good humour.

Cuisine is wide ranging from European through to local favourites.
