911 Lincoln, Harwigs and L'Apogee

One of the oldest restaurants in Steamboat, 911 Lincoln (formerly Harwigs and L'Apogee) has a loyal clientelle and incredible food. Offering fusion food and featuring a Thai night, I recommend with confidence almost every item on the menu. While most of the Cuisine is Asian Fusion, they also serve mountain favorites like frech onion soup. The kitchen stays open until 11:00pm, which is later than most of the surrounding fine dining restaurants. They have an extensive wine list as well as a number of specialty drinks. 911 Lincoln is located downtown so it is easy to access on the free shuttle. Reservations are highly recommended. Be sure to sample the tuna spring rolls - they are absolutely delicious!

It's hard to imagine fine French dining in the middle of the Rocky Mountains but here it is. The Caesar salad is prepared at your table. The lobster crepe was outstanding.
