The meal started with bread and olive oil and cheese and ham. Then we had the paella that was the house specialty and made daily. We first learned of this cafe on the beach while watching Food Network when they did a special on Spain and the cuisine there. The food was very good and tasty, however, I wasn't used to having shrimp served with the heads on. The drinks were less expensive than restaurants in town. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the cook came and sat with us after we told him we had seen him on TV cooking his famous paella.
