Chic, upscale, and soothing, this bistro has lots of fresh flowers, a turquoise and peach-toned color scheme, and an atmosphere that manages to be both grandly bourgeois and artsy at the same time. It's the kind of place where you might expect to hear champagne corks popping, and frequently do.
