Sekisui is all about the food. Since I have found this restaurant, I have been there countless times. I have met the head chef, Min, and he is very kind and VERY humble considering how fine his restaurant is. Since meeting Min, I now just say, "tell Min to fix me something special," and I never know what wonders to expect. If you give him free reign over a custom meal for you, expect to pay, but expect a dining experience that borders on art. It is no surprise that he watches Iron Chef, considering the speed and quality his restaurant offers.
I know I sound like I am exaggerating, but this place is THAT good. And since it is still a newer place, you don't really need reservations.
