Goodberry's Frozen Custard

No visit to the Capital City would be complete without a stop by Goodberry’s. Goodberry’s is more than just great "ice cream." The Goodberry’s frozen custard is a delectable dessert made fresh, before your eyes, hourly. Goodberry’s features three different flavors of this creamy concoction: vanilla, chocolate and a specially mixed flavor of the day. Past featured flavors have included Key Lime and Egg Nog as well as traditional favorites like Strawberry and Mint Chocolate Chip.

While you could just enjoy your favorite flavor in a cone, ask any of the locals - Goodberry’s signature Carolina Concrete is the way to go. Here’s how it works: you start with a base flavor (i.e., vanilla, chocolate or the flavor of the day). Then you add your choice of more than 30 toppings, though the word "toppings" is definitely deceiving - the folks at Goodberry’s whip your toppings selection together with their custard to create a unique, chunky combination specially designed by you. If you simply can’t decide, Goodberry’s also features a unique concrete daily. On average, you can expect to spend between $3-$5 per person on your one-of-a-kind Carolina Concrete.
