It's very casual and wasn't very great for dinner. I would recommend it for appetizers and conversation with friends. There were a lot of motorcycles out front, so I believe it's a local favorite.

This is definitely the best place to eat around Helen! I said it was Italian because they have good Italian food available, but they really have a wonderful variety. Their key lime pie is superb!

Nice little place in the Nacoochee Village area. I went for a late lunch, and the place was not very busy. I was impressed with the menu. They had very good cornmeal-dusted trout, as was the curried sweet potato salad and black bean salad. The burger looked good. No alcohol is available, but you can take your own.

The atmosphere is rugged "fish camp" motif. The service was not good. The girl spilled a full drink on one of us, and she kept forgetting things - not very well trained. The kitchen took a long time to get the food out, which was strange since there were only about 10 customers in the restaurant. I talked to a couple who went the same day for dinner and they were totally out of trout. No excuses for that. I would try it again though. The food is good, but the service spotty.
