Rubio's Baja Grill

Well, we're hooked! We had traveled all day and were tired, hungry, and CRANKY! We decided to pull into the very next place we saw, and it was Rubio's Baja Grill. When we went in we noticed that it was all about fish tacos, fish burritos, fish quesadillas . . .oh my. I'm not a fish girl, but one taste and we were all hooked. Lobster quesadillas and fish tacos were fantastic! We ate at Rubio's four or five times that week. We even look on their website to see where they are when we travel so we can enjoy it again.
