Another favorite of mine, Billy's is conveniently located right aside of the old city market. As well as having a delicious selection in the restaurant, Billy's also has a side trolley of fresh fish of all different sorts, so if you don't feel like paying for your meal and service, you can take it home and cook it yourself!
I actually had a nice dining experience at Billy's the other night. I ordered the seafood chowder and for dessert I had chocolate cake topped off with my earl grey tea. Our waitress was actually quite rude. We don't usually have rude waitresses, but this experience wasn't as good because of the rude service.
