Description: Who'd have thought that you could find decent Mexican food in the most Western reaches of Wyoming? But that’s what you get at the Merry Piglets. It offers a very low key dining environment, where you can expect to enjoy many traditional Mexican and Tex-Mex specialties. The locals seem to like this place, if mainly for the killer pitchers of margaritas and ice cold Mexican beer selection. A lot of bang for your buck. Also good for families.
