They have the BEST salsa I've ever tasted. The chips are hot and crispy, just the way they should be. Every bit of the salsa and chips is made fresh throughout the day! It is home-cooked and all natural--no lard, MSG, or any other harmful ingredients. We absolutely recommend this little piece of heaven. Its a favorite of the locals, and a small quaint restaurant. You will be a merry little piglet when you leave here.

Who'd have thought that you could find decent Mexican food in the most Western reaches of Wyoming? But that’s what you get at the Merry Piglets. It offers a very low key dining environment, where you can expect to enjoy many traditional Mexican and Tex-Mex specialties. The locals seem to like this place, if mainly for the killer pitchers of margaritas and ice cold Mexican beer selection. A lot of bang for your buck. Also good for families.
