In a state that has the most microbreweries per capita in the U.S., this one reigns supreme. It first opened before the microbrewery craze hit the U.S. in earnest. Much of the brewing equipment in use was intended for the dairy industry. The beer is excellent and there is a great variety which is adjusted seasonally. The food is standard pub fare and attractively priced.
