Collection of whips of all types and vintages adorn the walls of this fine restaurant. In warm weather, the outdoor dining in the rear courtyard adds to the pleasure of the dining. The pool of the hotel is just below with a fountain chuckling away for ambience.
The food ranges from the simple personal pizzas to meat, poultry and seafood specials that will satisfy all tastes. There are several Vermont brews on tap – Magic Hat, Long Trail, Rock Art – and a great wine selection from the simple to the sublime. By far the best item on the menu, is a chocolate lovers dream – Sac de Bon-Bon. More than enough for two, this treat is literally a chocolate bag filled with an exquisite chocolate mousse, with a fruit sauce laced over the top and strawberries on the side. Add your sweetie and you’re in heaven.
