The restaurant was quiet when we got there around 6pm (as were most during our stay). We were greeted right away and taken to a nice table by the window. Our waitress quickly brought our drinks and a heaping basket of chips and perfectly spicy salsa. While we were under the impression that we had just missed happy hour, we were pleasantly surprised at the end of the meal to find our waitress had charged us happy hour prices anyway. We didn't save any money, though, because we made up the difference in her tip.
My fiancé and I both ordered the shredded beef taco and cheese enchilada combo. The dinner was filling, tasty, and not the least bit healthy. It sure did hit the spot after our first day of skiing at Winter Park Resort!
